Do you know the Cosmo bar at the bottom of the Cosmopolitan tower? It has been there since October 2017, but somehow we have not been able to get there. It’s a pity. Why it was out of our way? I do not know. It’s just a lot going on in the City, it’s hard to keep up with the news. They say that you have to hurry. Something is constantly opening, something is closing. When you are somehow informed internally in this crazy industry – more or less, you know when someone is planning something serious, with the hidden message, quality and idea. That’s the case here – Cosmo is a child of Tomasz Roehr – the creator of the Bar Evening. A guy whose name in the industry everyone probably knows.  Thats quality COSMO offers cocktails based on seasonal, Polish products. Strong alcohols are selected mostly locally – not globally- Poland, Europe. We can find here many unique labels. You can see the precision, the idea in this selection. Ideology is important here. Conscious protection of the nearest environment,understanding of the global ecology – you will not find any citrus fruit imported from the other side of the world, or plastic straws here. Coasters are reusable and napkins are biodegradable. Cosmo is using hashtags on their website: # cocktailbar # bartenders for planet; # no citrus; # zero waste; # sustainability; # hospitality; # regional;# local How do they replace citrus? How did they manage to reduce waste to a minimum, why operate locally and how to think globally? The bartenders will talk about all this in very interesting way during the mixing, so it’s worth taking a seat at the bar. The team knows the subject and speaks with passion about it. They will come with you into details if you express interest. If you only pop in for a drink – you will not regret it, you do not want to discuss ecology, no problem. The tact, elegance and absolute art of bartending will attract everyone here, and ideology will remain open to the willing. In the first menu we  did found cocktails named: Morwa, Rokitnik, Aronia, Żurawina, Jarzębina, Dąb, Pigwa, Mniszek. Slavic –  locally – beautiful. At that moment a new card appeared – we need to check it out, Their Long Island has already gone down in the history of the cocktails in the capital – I suggest you check what’s that about, In addition to cocktails, we also see some ciders (including Chyliczki), biodynamic wines, craft beers. The snack card includes cheese from Malinowa Zagrody, meats and bread from Paweł Fabisia from Mąka and Woda, Behind the bar, among others, wen will meet Patryk Biadacz, Karol Lubasz, Kaj Gara  and Agata Cichońska serving.   It is worth crossing those dark, glazed doors. The inside is unobtrusively elegant. Comfortable, intimate. Nicely designed lamps shed dimmed light on the furniture made by local craftsmen. It is minimalism, but its warm and pleasant. Business will find its place here, lovers will find it, and all the connoisseurs of good cocktails will as well. It is about quality and this slogan speaks in all aspects. The experience is full – interior, service, music, taste … Satisfaction guaranteed. Order a cocktail and let us know how it was. Maybe in such pleasant circumstances, you broaden your horizons, think over certain issues you have not discussed before.
